Cancellation Policy & Appointment Deposit Terms
At TL Dental, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us provide timely care for all our patients — especially those needing urgent appointments — we’ve introduced a $50 deposit policy for bookings. By booking an appointment at TL Dental, you agree to the following terms: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be:
- Applied to your final invoice at the end of your visit
- Refunded if you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice
- Returned after your appointment if you're a Medicare or eligible voucher patient
- If we do not receive your deposit, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice, except in exceptional circumstances.
- You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time — we just ask for at least 2 days’ notice so we can offer your time to another patient in need.
